Company access
Each employer has its own workspace. Company membership is checked when records are requested, and database rules restrict access to the selected company.
Private documents
Original files are kept in private storage. Downloads pass through a signed-in access check and are delivered as attachments.
A smaller set of sensitive information
The pilot uses internal employee numbers and does not collect full Social Security numbers or tax elections. Payroll content is not used for advertising analytics.
Recorded preparation history
Saved report versions preserve the entered facts and labels. Corrections keep earlier versions available, and record changes have an audit trail.
Pilot availability
Access is currently invitation-based. Operational readiness work includes backup and restore verification, monitoring, and file scanning. Keep your existing payroll records during the pilot. These controls are not a guarantee against every security threat or a security certification.
